The accommodation is part of a structure that consists of three independent apartments, two of which are rented out and one for use by the owner, all within the Matarazzo condominium park, whose entrance is controlled by private guardians. Both structures benefit from access to the large garden with pine forest and terrace with unparalleled panoramic views of the city and Vesuvius. The owner's cats live inside the garden (for those who have allergies).
Quiet shelter consists of an entrance kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and closet with washing machine. On request, the accommodation next door called Lovely frame is available which consists of a kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with single bed, double bedroom and bathroom. Both apartments have level access and are equipped with parking space, air conditioning and wifi.
These places have an ancient history. The palace was built by Senator Pascale, founder of a Neapolitan hospital that bears his name. The building was built in the early 1900s and has always been the home of the owner's family, over time providing the backdrop to countless family and city stories and events. The romantic Italian garden has been enriched over time with plants of different origins and is a continuously evolving space. Even some furnishings present in Lovely frame bring back memories of those times gone by.
